fg444 may request a national identity card, passport, or other valid document at any time to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow any other person to use your account.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify fg444 immediately. fg444 will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party access.

• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• Always log out after logging in on a public or shared device.
• Do not click on phishing links or suspicious messages — fg444 will never ask for your password.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at fg444 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits via any other method will not be accepted.

Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Accounts with completed identity verification receive priority.

4.3 Currency & Tax Responsibilities

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for any applicable taxes or charges. fg444 does not provide tax advice.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at fg444 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation applies to the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not added.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer is subject to specific validity periods and conditions.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• fg444 always retains the right to make the final decision regarding bonus usage.
• VIP members may receive additional benefits and cashback according to their tier.

6 VIP Program Terms

fg444's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on continuous activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week. fg444 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

7 Games & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Operation Policy

All games offered on fg444 are operated by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a discrepancy in a game result occurs due to a server or software technical error, fg444 reserves the right to cancel that specific round and the wagered amount will be refunded.

7.3 Betting Markets & Sports

Markets available in the sports betting section may change depending on circumstances. If a relevant event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be fully refunded.

• Once a bet is placed on an event, the ability to make changes is limited — specific rules apply.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, fg444 may place any bet under investigation.
• Placing bets on the same match from multiple accounts is prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation and funds being frozen:
